Prices, specifications and availability of products offered are subject
to change without notice. Due to the custom nature of our
products, all prices will be confirmed by electronic mail,
facsimile, or in writing for each individual order. Order
confirmations for products with published pricing will confirm current
pricing before any obligation to complete the purchase occurs (see "Order
Cancellation," below). |
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the decisions of Knot Just Stitches regarding exact font size, design
size, thread color and type, placement and arrangement of design and text embroidery on a
garment will be made based on sound design judgments and best appearance
and shall be final. |
Acceptable methods of payment are American Express, MasterCard, VISA,
and Discover Card, cashier's
check, company and personal check, and bank or postal money orders.
There will be a $30 fee billed for returned checks.
Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Tomark LLC or
Starkwood Designs, a division of Tomark LLC |
All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed prior to shipment. At
the time of delivery, customers should examine cartons carefully to note
visible damage. Any damage or loss, including concealed damage, must be
claimed by the customer with the carrier within 5 days and all cartons,
contents and packing material must be retained until inspection is made.
Any claim for defect, shortage, or error must be made to the
carrier in writing within 5 days of delivery. Failure to make
such claim shall constitute full acceptance of the merchandise. All
shipments are F.O.B. Parkersburg, WV, U.S.A. Knot Just Stitches will
assist in any way possible to expedite a claim, however, we accept
no responsibility for damages incurred in transit. |
Order cancellations must be received by Knot Just Stitches in
writing at 1420 Staunton Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26104, or by fax to
304-428-4361 within two (2) business days of date of original order. E-mail
cancellations are also acceptable if received from the same email
address provide at time of ordering, verbal cancellations are not
acceptable. Refunds cannot be provided on items that have been
embroidered or monogrammed. In certain circumstances, replacement
merchandise or company credits may be provided at our sole discretion. |
