Parkersburg, WV volunteers came out again in force. Some of them have been volunteering at the station for five years. Time Station manager Dick Bonnet and volunteer Jim Stouffer had the infrastructure in place as the sun rose Sunday. Over the next few hours over a dozen workers returned to reacquaint relationships and cheer on the 2008 field of riders.
