With prior approval Knot Just Stitches will
accept shipments of items to be embroidered that are purchased elsewhere and shipped directly to us. Call or email to make arrangements.
Shipping/Handling Charges - Are
additional as follows: Individual items or orders up to 2 pounds will be
shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Orders over 2
pounds will be shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground within the
continental United States; Fedex Express or UPS 2nd Day Air (to
HI). A reasonable handling charge may be added.
Rush Orders - Without jeopardizing quality...we treat
every order as a "rush" order! We do them as quickly as is
humanly possible and ship them without delay. If we cannot achieve your
delivery requirement, we will tell you in advance. Call or email
for specific delivery
information.
Discounts - We offer
10% discounts for bona fide non-profit,
fund-raising activities, and church-affiliated charities (Fax us your request for consideration on organizational
letterhead and provide IRS exemption certificate, please).
Our apparel, beginning with the first item you purchase,
is priced well below suggested retail pricing in all categories (averaging near
20-25%). Therefore, we believe that our pricing reflects excellent value
for our customers consistent with good business practices.
